Introduction

These rulesets and discussions are for rules that are not compatible, but could be adapted, used as inspiration for new rules or frameworks for creating stats for new units and vehicles for The 2e40k Rulebook.

Weird & Wonderful

• Creature Feature for Warhammer 40K 3rd Edition a substantial set of articles, template rules and kitbashing guides for non-traditional and deadly forna and fauna. Published in White Dwarf Magazine (US) #291 and subsequently the UK White Dwarf Magazine #292 (similarly on the US website and then being mirrored in part on the UK website).

• Warhammer 40K 7th Edition with the ruleset returning more and more toward the Warhammer 40K 2nd Edition rules, this edition has the most comprehensive range of stats for units and vehicles, for backporting.

• Shadow War: Armageddon 2017 standalone game and predecessor to modern Kill Team, based on Warhammer 40K 2nd Edition with stats for modern units and factions.
